Next Assassin’s Creed May Take Place Prior to AC III
Assassin’s Creed III isn’t even out yet and news on the next installment is already being reported. Ubisoft Producer, Francois Pelland, recently told a UK newspaper called the Metro, that the next Assassin’s Creed title may not continue to follow a chronological timeline. This would mean that the events in the next game of the series could take place well before AC III. Here’s a direct quote of what he had to say:
“It’s a question we’ve been getting a lot. It’s not a moving forward thing, it’s all based on lineage and on DNA and therefore it has nothing to do with time. The next game could easily go backwards as much as forward, no problem.”
