Get Hands-on with Borderlands 2 at PAX East
Going to PAX can be a blast. You roam around, geeking out over all things awesome, and there’s no shame involved because everyone else is just like you, and doing the exact same thing. And sometimes you’re exposed to stuff, like swag, developer walkthroughs and even playable demos, that later become memories for after the show when you head back to being a student or a store clerk or a coal miner or a Walmart Greeter – in actual order of ascending unpleasantness.
On their Blog, 2k revealed what they’re planning to show off at this year’s upcoming PAX East, which is only 10 days away. Among the titles showing up, Borderlands 2 and Spec Ops: The Line will have playable demos, and XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Civilization V: Gods and Kings will have demo presentations. If you can’t make it but are still dying to see one of these games in action, 2k will also be live streaming.
So, why not start cookin’ up those memories? Couldn’t hurt.
