Rumor Mill: Wii U Might Make It Out By November 18th
It’s by no means official yet, but Wii U could be launching by November 18th. Nintendo has circulated emails throughout the company, and the release date was leaked somehow. The rumor also says that the system will launch in Japan the following week.
The release date of November 18th could be a sure bet. There has been a trend with the launch of Nintendo consoles in the past as the Gamecube launched on the 18th and the Wii launched on the 19th. Hopefully Nintendo is sticking with this tradition, and we see the console by the holiday season.
