Sons of Anarchy Getting A Console Title
The previously announced “browser-based mulitplayer” game based on the popular TV series Sons of Anarchy has apparently been scrapped in favor of an actual console title, according to show creator Kurt Sutter. Sutter says that FX and Fox have agreed to “do a REAL game. Console based. Not some slapcrap browser [multiplayer] thing.” Sutter wasn’t happy with the direction the game was taking when it was browser-based, saying it “felt rushed and unsatisfying.”
So if you are a Sons of Anarchy fan (like me) you will probably be happy that the game is going to be a full console release. Here’s to hoping that the game has a little less baby-mama drama than the show.
