Laugh Factory App Bringing Comedy to PS3
I’m a nut when it comes to stand-up comedy, and if I wasn’t absolutely terrified of being heckled off stage, I might consider giving it a try. But, until that’s overcome, I’ll have to continue watching clips I find on YouTube, Netflix and, soon, my PS3.
According to Sony’s Phil Rosenberg, iconic LA comedy club, The Laugh Factory, will be releasing its own PlayStation 3 app on September 1. The Laugh Factory Live app will allow you to check out popular recorded performances and even stream live sets. Initially it’ll be free, but starting in December, if you want to continue enjoying the service, it’ll set you back $3 a month.
Good news: during the show, if you find yourself needing to take a trip to the bathroom, this is a great way to avoid the dreaded walkout.
