Sony’s press conference is about six minutes away and it’s the last conference of the day. Each of the first three conferences today have each had their ups and downs, but hopefully Sony will be less of the latter.

9:25- And that is how the Sony press conference will end everybody. In my opinion, easily the best one of the day.
9:24- That’s how you do a gameplay demo people. That was bad ass
9:21- Naughty Dog, god bless you for your amazing voice casting
9:18- Gameplay demo for The Last of Us is starting
9:18- March 12, 2013 release date for God of War: Ascension
One of the brighter spots of Ubisoft’s E3 press conference was the gameplay demo for Far Cry 3. The demo has tigers, drug-induced hallucinations, and a whole lot of killing.
This game undoubtedly earns its mature rating, as the video below so aptly shows. By clicking on the “read more” button you are agreeing that you are at least 17 years of age.
Rayman: Origins was one of my favorite games of 2011, and Rayman: Legends looks to be even better. If you can watch this entire gameplay demo without smiling, you should really be an assassin or something of that nature.
During Ubisoft’s press conference a little earlier today, they took the time to show off a gameplay demo of Assassin’s Creed 3. It’s quite possible that Connor may be the most bad ass assassin yet in the series, if you don’t believe me just sit back and prepare to be enveloped in the pure awesome that is this gameplay demo.
Stay tuned with us here at Addicted-Gamers while we cover the press conference for one of the world’s premiere video game developers, Ubisoft.
The conference is sure to be packed with quite a few good looking games, so join us as we break it down when it starts in just a few minutes.
6:24: Alright everyone, that’s the end of Ubisoft’s conference. Go ahead and submit your votes for Aisha Tyler as worst host ever
6:19: The game is called Watch_Dogs. As my co-worker pointed out, it’s kind of reminiscent of a futuristic Assassin’s Creed. The Gameplay demo we saw wasn’t too impressive. It seems to have a couple interesting concepts but the full game will have to be a hell of a lot more enticing than the demo we saw was.
6:14: The game seems to center around futuristic espionage, with you controlling a character named Aiden Cross. I have to admit that the character models are pretty impressive
6:09: Ubisoft is showing a gameplay demo for their new IP, although I’m not entirely sure what it’s called.
6:01: A bunch of people just played a game called Shoot Mania for some reason, and according to Aisha Tyler defeat tastes like pennies O.o

4:05: Well that’s it folks. EA’s press conference is officially over
4:04: Crysis 3 will be released in February 2013.
3:59: Crytek is showing a gameplay demo for Crysis 3. Graphics look great of course, gameplay also looks solid
3:56: Gameplay demo for Most Wanted being shown now. I’m not a huge fan of racing games but this actually looks pretty cool.
In what was perhaps one of my favorite moments of Microsoft’s press conference, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone came on stage to show a trailer for their South Park RPG, The Stick of Truth. The game looks like it’s going to be loads of fun, complete with all of the raunchy humor that we have come to expect from the television series.
At the end of Microsoft’s E3 press conference they showed a gameplay trailer for the upcoming Black Ops 2. Although Treyarch seems to be including some features that are new to the series, like branching story-lines, I still can’t help but wonder if there is really going to be enough innovation to warrant a $60 purchase. Let us know in the comments section what you think of the gameplay trailer.
Resident Evil 6 had its first gameplay demo shown at Microsoft’s E3 press conference earlier today, and it was definitely more action packed than I had anticipated. Apparently other portions of the game are going to be more geared towards the series’ survival horror roots, so lets just hope that turns out to be true.
One of the high points of Microsoft’s somewhat lackluster press conference was the first gameplay demo for Splinter Cell: Blacklist. The game seems to build on some of the cool aspects that were implemented in Conviction. While I feel like the series is starting to stray too far from its stealth roots, the gameplay still looks like loads of fun. My biggest complaint with the game so far, however, is the same one that I imagine most people will have. MICHAEL IRONSIDE ISN’T THE VOICE OF SAM FISHER ANYMORE! That is going to be very hard for me to get over.
