Back in March, Bioware released Mass Effect 3 to high critical praise, but the endings were a source of much controversy among fans. After weeks of fans expressing their dissatisfaction with the endings, Bioware announced that they would be releasing a DLC that would add more context and closure to the game’s final moments.

The Extended Cut DLC will release Tuesday for the 360, PS3, and PC. The Extended Cut wont be an actual new ending, but rather an extension of the original endings that offers more of an explanation and more closure for fans of the series.
