Persona 4 Golden North American Release Date Announced
More good news for JRPG fans, and those looking for another reason to own a Vita. Altus announced this morning that Persona 4 Golden, a remake of the popular Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4, would be coming to North America this fall exclusively for the PlayStation Vita.
The Vita edition of the game promises some additional features that weren’t in the original. On top of the graphical upgrade to take advantage of the Vita’s crisp screen, the game will include more dialogue and a “new online dungeon rescue feature” that will allow players to reach out for assistance from other players when they’re close to death. Also, there will be new events, new personas and a new character character named “Mary” as well.
Ok, it’s official. I want a Vita.
Persona 3 Vs Persona 4: MC Relations
Silent protagonists are by nature silent (hence the title of silent hero), but there’s a such thing as being so silent that character’s like a cloud of mist. A player just walks right through it without feeling much of a thing.
Shin Megami Tensei Persona 3 did not disappoint when it came to doing what it generally set out to do. A dark atmosphere was felt throughout its world, and despite being limited to a single city one didn’t feel constricted. The battle system wasn’t too bad, though at times a player could end up praying for the right move from an AI-controlled ally. There was no need for a little extra oomph to make the main aspects of the game complete. The plot was intriguing. It carried a person through the world of Persona 3.
